COMPANY INFORMATION

Orion Group International was formed in 1996 to meet the worldwide demands for cost effective solutions for generating Oxygen, Nitrogen and other gases on-site utilizing  PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) technology.  With PSA technology, Oxygen, Nitrogen and other gases can be produced at a fraction of the cost of cryogenically created gases.

By extracting the Oxygen or Nitrogen from the air we breathe, through PSA technology, these gases can be produced economically and efficiently on site and on demand. In addition, on-site Oxygen and Nitrogen systems eliminate logistic and transportation concerns which have been major obstacles for the distribution of cylinder Oxygen.

In 1997 the technology was improved to produce on-site Oxygen in a purity up to 99.5%.  This dramatically increased  market applications to include specialized welding applications and some medical environments where 99% purity is required.   This makes PSA produced Oxygen medically competitive to Cryogenic produced Oxygen.

Orion Group International now has the capability of completely engineering any on-site Oxygen, Nitrogen, Ozone and FLASH FOG® gas generating system that the market may demand.  In addition, Orion Group International can supply a full range of products including Oxygen Concentrators in both Medical Grade (90% to 95%) and Spa Grade (60% to 80%) purities

Orion Group International also has access to a line of high quality high pressure Oxygen compressors that are highly reliable and very cost effective. the compressors can be coupled with our in-site gas generator system to produce high pressure gas reserves or to build gas distribution facilities to support off-site demands.
